BROCCARDO BAROLO I TRE PAIS 2014: Quite a bit of caramel here, but that’s no substitute for the fruit and floral notes of Barolo from a good vintage. The tannins taste a little washed out, but the wine doesn’t have any rough edges. Drink now or in 2019.
BROCCARDO BAROLO BRICCO SAN PIETRO 2014: Very few producers in Barolo managed to make such an impressive and distinctive wine as this in 2014. Still a little bit shy on the nose, but there are some really subtle aromas. The palate is concentrated and elegant with finely etched, dry tannins, carrying the full body very nicely. Drink or hold.
BROCCARDO NEBBIOLO LANGHE 2015: Light, bright and fresh strawberries with a smooth and tangy palate that demonstrates elegance, clarity and freshness. This flows really nicely, delivering a fresh and lively sour-cherry finish. Drink or hold.
