Maturation for a minimum of 18 months in 35 hl French and Slavonian oak casks, ranging in age from new to 10 years and 44 months in bottle before release
Wine Features: Notes of cherry, violet, cloves and liquorice. Spicy aftertaste and warm, enveloping taste. Longevity 20 years.
