Langhe DOC Rosso Birichin it’s a round, fresh and harmonious wine. It goes well with appetizers, first courses and aged cheeses.
To the eye it has a ruby red color with purple highlights.
The bouquet is lively, fruity with floral notes along with white pepper. It is always elegant with hints of ripe red fruits.
The body is medium, with good balance and persistence.
