Barbera d’Alba DOC Martinella

Barbera d’Alba DOC Martinella

Barbera d’Alba is a red that goes perfectly with mixed boiled meats, roasts and aged cheeses. At sight it is bright and of an intense red. The nose is fine, winy and fruity with notes of licorice and ripe berries. In the mouth it is balanced, with very intense, decidedly fruity aftertaste sensations. Medium-bodied, vivid and juicy, with marked acidity and powdery tannins. It’s sharp and focused, with a chalky finish.
