Vinification: Pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 25°C – average duration of maceration 15 days. Malolactic fermentation in steel in November.
Maturation of 4 months in tonneaux and barriques of second passage. Minimum 10 months in bottle before release.
Wine Features: Brilliant ruby red colour evolving to garnet with ageing. Strong notes of bright red fruit and walnut, with rather strong acidity. A medium-bodied Barbera, solid and straight to the point.
Winemaker’s Note: It goes perfectly with red meats, stuffed pasta, game and cured meats.
