The Extra Brut Metodo Classico made from Nebbiolo grapes by the Broccardo brothers is born in Monforte d’Alba and expresses a fresh and elegant interpretation of the variety.
Fine perlage, aromas of citrus, green apple and bread crust; on the palate it is dry, lively and mineral, with a vibrant acidity.
Perfect for aperitifs and light pairings, it reveals a surprising and contemporary side of Nebbiolo.

Early harvest of Nebbiolo to preserve acidity, white vinification and primary fermentation. Tirage and second fermentation in bottle with lees aging. Riddling, disgorgement and minimal dosage.
Steel
Straw yellow color with coppery highlights, fine and persistent perlage. Aromas of citrus, green apple and bread crust. On the palate it is dry, fresh, with good acidity and a mineral finish.
Ideal for aperitifs, delicate starters, light first courses, white meats, raw or marinated fish, and shellfish.
