The Extra Brut Metodo Classico made from Nebbiolo grapes by the Broccardo brothers is born in Monforte d’Alba and expresses a fresh and elegant interpretation of the variety.
Fine perlage, aromas of citrus, green apple and bread crust; on the palate it is dry, lively and mineral, with a vibrant acidity.

Perfect for aperitifs and light pairings, it reveals a surprising and contemporary side of Nebbiolo.
